In the Last Days of the Year S-Engineering Specialists Modernized the Transport System at the Operating Factory

On the eve of the New Year, the software development department implemented a project to modernize the transport line between the paper-making shop and the warehouse of PJSC “Kiev PMM”. The customer needed to provide the possibility of parking the transporting devices and driving from the paper-making shop through the mounting aperture to the warehouse, ensuring wireless transport control. Modernization involved a change in the algorithm of the system. It was necessary to develop a wireless data transmission system between the main controller and transport equipment, to refine the software. Two control cabinets were upgraded with the installation of a new controller.

Implementation at the facility was carried out as soon as possible, installation and commissioning work took only two days. In order to carry out modernization at the existing enterprise, in the time allocated by the customer, S-Engineering specialists carried out extensive preparatory work to study the nuances of equipment operation, the technological process of the enterprise, a clear work plan and interaction of company specialists with the personnel of the mill were drawn up.

On December 29, the line was put into operation.
