S-Engineering Company was one of the contractors during “Neptune” grain terminal construction. This is a joint project of MV Cargo Group and Cargill American Corporation.

During the construction of the project the specialists of “S-Engineering” performed the works as follows:

–  design works in the grain terminal electric power supply system and electric plant;

–  65 MCC (Motor Control Center) were manufactured for treatment, grain drying units and grain silo storage unit with a capacity of 210 thousand tons, under SIVACON S8 technology using Small Design draw-out modules;

–  MCC (Motor Control Center) installation and testing.

As noted by the Chief Engineer of S-Engineering Company Igor Krasilya, “For many years our Company has been demonstrating the highest quality of works. Due to this fact “S-Engineering” became one of 15 companies in the world, which SIEMENS Corporation gave permission to SIVACON S8 Small Design technology. This compact solution allows using more rationally the electrical equipment room area and, as a consequence, to minimize costs of enterprise.

Cargrill Corporation technical specialists and experts of Tebodin International Engineering Consulting Company monitored building and construction works on site.

According to Sergey Fedorik, Neptune international project officer of MV Cargo Company, “our project management team emphasized high level of proficiency of “S-Engineering” specialists, in particular, we would like to pay special attention to the company’s competence in the project implementation under the conditions of very demanding time frame with high quality standards, peculiar for project of international level”.

“Neptune” terminal transshipment capacity is up to 5 mln tons per year, overall volume of storage is 290 thous. tons. The project is implemented with the assistance of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and International Finance Corporation. The Terminal opened on September 6, 2019.
