What was done

Design, installation and commissioning of the automated process control system for the husk granulation line of the Ilyichevsk Oil Extraction Plant.
Design, development of design documentation, installation and commissioning of the process control system for the oil hydration section. The operation algorithms allow the operator to control the technological information of the oil production process, control the ratio of water and oil supply costs for hydration in automatic mode, and also adjust the flow rate of oil supply after hydration to the scales.
