What was done

For the Nemiroff plant, one of the largest alcohol producers, S-Engineering performed a range of works on the alcoholic beverage bottling line No. 5. The R700 packaging plant control system was restored and modernized: equipment supply, installation and commissioning.
The company’s specialists carried out work on finalizing the software and commissioning to set up and synchronize the labeling and bottling processes.
After the installation of technological equipment was completed, the process control system was modernized, the operation of the bottling and labeling line machines was synchronized. At the same time, it became possible to quickly reconfigure labellers for 3 types of containers – 0.5 / 0.7 / 1l.
Software development and synchronization of the bottling line/labeler helped to increase the volume of products produced with minimal resources and time. The packaging machine automation project was completed with minimal interruptions to the process.
