The complex of works on automation systems and power supply of the steam power section of the Prydniprovsky Oil Extraction Plant (Kernel holding) - 1

Another new project is being carried out by S-Engineering specialists in the current wartime. Design work on automation and power supply systems for the Prydniprovsky Oil Extraction Plant* (Kernel holding) is at the final stage. This project: construction of a steam power section with a cogeneration plant with an electric capacity of 26 MW.

Most of the equipment was manufactured and delivered to the Customer, and materials for electrical work were supplied. Specialists began electrical installation and commissioning work at the facility.

Equipment manufactured by S-Engineering is used in the following areas:
– 3 transformer substations for own needs (transformers 2500kVA): MSB (Main switchboard, MSB), made according to Sivacon S8 technology;
– engine control system for the main and auxiliary equipment of the boiler house (Siemens Sivacon S8 technology, and S-Engineering SelaM technology);
– stations for collecting information and controlling auxiliary equipment;
– instrumentation;
– MCC boards, distributed I/O stations at 2 fuel supply sections.

Our equipment ensures high reliability of the process equipment, as well as ensures accurate maintenance of the specified process parameters. In the production of S-Engineering equipment, Sivacon S8, Selam technologies were used, which provide optimal energy efficiency, modularity and the possibility of further expansion.

For pumps and fans, a frequency electric drive is provided (Sinamics G120P, G120X converters). The use of frequency converters provides significant energy savings and precise maintenance of the process.

*Pridneprovsky oil extraction plant is an enterprise for the production of unrefined sunflower oil and meal. The processing capacity is 560 thousand tons of sunflower seeds per year (2.7 thousand tons per day).
