Results of 2019 and Achievements of “S-Engineering” Company
2019 was for “S-Engineering” a regular year of achievements and implementation of big projects, new level of professionalism confirmation and growth of good standing.
In February the Ukrainian Company SEMAG (a member of the international holding SE Group International) and the German Company AEG Power Solutions signed a license agreement for an exclusive right to manufacture unique for Ukraine solar inverters according to AEG PS technology. And immediately in the autumn “Port-Solar” solar electric generating station in Izmail City, Odessa Region was commissioned with the designed equipment. License agreement signing was highlighted in “Dumskaya” popular periodical edition in the section “Achievements” in the article devoted to the political-economical results of the year in Odessa Region.
“S-Engineering” started to collaborate with the Ukrainian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our Company was invited to become a member of this organization as an enterprise, which high quality work is confirmed by the Ukrainian and German experts. “S-Engineering” is an example of long-lasting and productive collaboration between Germany and Ukraine. We are a certified partner of SIEMENS Company in capacity as Solution Partner Automation Drives, as well as a licensee of SIEMENS Company in capacity as Technology Partner. And now we are a partner of AEG PS Company.
We became the best innovator of the year in the opinion of SIEMENS Company. “S-Engineering” was given a title “The Best Partner in the Introduction of New Technologies”.
There was extension of partner program with SIEMENS AG SOLUTION PARTNER. The Partner status is confirmed according to the following program modules: Process Control System SIMATIC PCS7, Drives & Motion and is again confirmed with respect to Advanced Factory Automation module.
“S-Engineering” is approved as a supplier of SE NNEGC “Energoatom”. The supplier status has been made possible after undergoing a regular checkout, conducted with the participation of experts from “South-Ukraine NPP” and Executive Directorate for Quality and Management of ”Energoatom”.
Social life of the Company was also quite active. The first tournament in corporate billiards among the clients of “S-Engineering” was held.
SENUMAC proprietary technology was introduced by “S-Engineering” for grain terminal of Posco International Korean Corporation and Orexim Ukrainian Group in Nikolaev City. Moreover, for this project our professionals developed project documentation and software, manufactured electrical equipment and carried out commissioning works and partially electrical mounting works for systems of complex automation and electrical power supply.
Another ambitious project, wherein “S-Engineering” Company was one of main contractors, was construction and commissioning of a new grain terminal “Neptune” in Yuzhny Town (Odessa Region). This is a joint venture of the Ukrainian Group MV Cargo and the American Corporation Cargill. “S-Engineering” exports also grow rapidly. And according to the dynamics of development, it will grow in the coming years. Besides Ukraine, the geography of “S-Engineering” implemented projects and supplied equipment includes such countries as Germany, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania and Czech Republic.
We became a partner to Siemens Digital Industries Software in SIMATIC IT (APS оперативное планирование производства, MES process control system). Due to signing this agreement “S-Engineering” Company will be able to offer its clients introduction of integrated information structure of higher level. This structure allows modelling manufacturing processes in an integrated manner, helps coordinating manufacturing on a global scale, including in real-time mode.
In addition to technologies, we also invest in education of our employees, as well as in the development of science. Our Company understands the significance of proper training of specialists in the field of engineering. That is why “S-Engineering” opened innovative Educational and Research Laboratory for Electric Drives and Automation Systems in Odessa National Academy of food Technologies. This Laboratory is our social project, contribution into the improvement of education level of engineers in our country. This Laboratory was renovated and supplied with the equipment manufactured by the leading global manufacturing companies in 2018-2019. Therefore, at least during 10 years the Laboratory will meet modern requirements in automation and electrical power supply of enterprises.
We keep developing and setting ambitious goals. Several dozens of projects are in the process of implementation both in Ukraine and beyond its borders. Moreover, our Company is increasingly invited to take part in the projects in the countries of European Union as a contractor in engineering services. Professionalism of “S-Engineering” has been acknowledged in the European market as well. Technical standards of the European Union shall come into operation in Ukraine, and “S-Engineering” has already been implementing them in its work.
