The complex of works on automation and power supply of the oil-extraction plant (OEP) in Moldova

The productivity of the oil-extraction plant (OEP) FLOAREA SOARELUI SA* (Moldova) has increased by one and a half times during three years of cooperation with the S-Engineering company. This increase in productivity was, among other things, due to the fact that our specialists implemented a set of works on the power supply and automation of the enterprise.

S-Engineering has completed several projects to modernize the production units of the OEP. This is an oil extraction plant, an oil pressing factory and a preparation department, a meal granulation department, a filtration department. A solution based on S-Engineering SELAM technology was proposed and implemented for these sections of the OEP for the power supply system. Now in the process of implementation is a project for the construction of an intermediate storage facility for the silage-type meal. For this elevator, we have developed and are implementing a power supply system based on Siemens SIVACON S8 technology with a small design of 1/2 and 1/4 cells.

A SCADA system was developed and implemented under the project to modernize the automation system for the oil press and preparation area. It coordinates technological processes and product movement, allows you to determine operational efficiency indicators, monitors the production capacity of the OEP sections and controls quality parameters, calculates the KPI of the shift, etc.
