OWN TECHNOLOGICAL AND PRODUCTION COMPLEX
The copper parts of busbar systems are manufactured on a high-precision complex consisting of several machines. This equipment performs perforation of holes of various shapes with an accuracy of 0.1 mm and bending of parts with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees. The raw materials used for conductive busbars are copper strips produced in Germany and France.
This section is equipped with a wide range of machines: a coordinate punching press, a coordinate milling machine, a turning and milling center with a Y-axis, and several sheet bending presses. Thanks to continuous expansion and modernization of the equipment fleet, S-Engineering can produce even the most complex equipment. Each year, the company increases the depth of added value formation.
This area carries out the assembly of metal enclosures, installation of copper busbars, and mounting of electrical components. Electrical assembly works use consumables and cable products from leading global manufacturers.
Adjacent to this area is a warehouse for metal products, fittings, and components, which eliminates the need for special transportation of parts and significantly improves efficiency and quality. The company pays great attention to tooling - only the best tools and devices from leading brands are used for high-quality assembly.
The Electrical Laboratory (EL) conducts several types of tests. It checks moving mechanical parts and performs dielectric tests of electrical equipment under increased industrial frequency voltage. A number of factory tests are carried out at S-Engineering before shipment, followed by acceptance tests at the customer’s site (all types of electrical tests before commissioning). These comprehensive tests are conducted for equipment up to 1 kV and up to 35 kV inclusive.
The S-Engineering laboratory has passed inspection and received a certificate of compliance with DSTU ISO 10012:2005 measurement system requirements.
The S-Engineering Production Quality Control Service consists of the Technical Control Department (TCD) and the Electrical Laboratory (EL). Quality control is carried out at all technological stages — from project development and receipt of materials at the warehouse to commissioning and putting the facility into operation.
The TCD performs the following actions: incoming inspection (verification of materials and components upon arrival at the warehouse); verification of design documentation for compliance with regulatory documents (standards of the European Union and standards of Ukraine); inspection of cabinet equipment assembly; monitoring compliance with technological discipline; verification of equipment completeness before shipment to the customer (documentation, components, etc.), and more.
The S-Engineering Quality Service employs five engineers with many years of professional experience.
