SELAM Technology
SELAM is a series of modern, reliable, and functional low-voltage devices developed and manufactured by S-Engineering LLC. The SELAM low-voltage switchgear (LVSG) complies with the strictest national and international standards.
The SELAM product line includes:
- Main and secondary distribution boards (MDB, DB, SDB, etc.)
- Power control panels for technological electrical equipment (ASCU, SCC, MCC, etc.)
- Relay protection and automation panels (RPA)
- Reactive power compensation units
- Bus bridges for connection with power transformers and switchboard sections
Main Advantages of SELAM LVSG:
- High reliability, easy maintenance and installation, maximum operator safety
- Compact design and efficient use of installation space due to universal section sizes and high assembly density
- Various structural levels ensuring resistance to arc faults, earthquakes, impacts, and vibrations depending on operating conditions and environment
- Each SELAM panel is assembled from modules; modular design allows flexible adaptation to changing technical requirements
- Adaptation to new operating conditions is achieved by replacing or adding new modules
- Quick replacement and extension of functional units
- High degree of internal partitioning (up to 4b)
- Possibility to use components from leading domestic and European manufacturers; free configuration of functional blocks, and, if necessary, the use of custom non-standard modules according to customer requirements
- A high degree of combination flexibility, enabling almost any task to be accomplished
Standards
SELAM is manufactured in accordance with TU U 27.1-38549151-001:2020, IEC 60439, and DSTU IEC 60439.
Each SELAM LVSG undergoes factory testing in compliance with these standards.
Safety Requirements
LVSG units comply with safety requirements for Class I electrical equipment per GOST 12.2.007.0, TU U 27.1-38549151-001:2020, IEC 60364-4-41, IEC 60364-3, IEC 60364-4-46.
Grounding clamps for secondary windings of current and voltage transformers are marked according to GOST 21130, IEC 60445.
Voltage hazard symbols on the front and rear (for double-sided service) panels comply with GOST 12.4.026 and ISO 3864-1.
Fire safety is ensured by compliance with GOST 12.2.007.0, IEC 60695-1-1, ISO 6309, and technical specifications.
