S-Engineering has chosen the path of maximum in-house production of all necessary components.
The plant manufactures high-tech power supply and automation systems equipment, using only design documentation, sheet metal, and electrical copper strip as input materials.
S-Engineering is the only company in Ukraine that produces premium-class electrical and automation systems equipment with the maximum level of added value creation.
Manufacturing and equipment supply by S-Engineering
Streamlined business processes, multilevel staff training, high-tech machinery, and a quality control system enable S-Engineering to produce equipment that meets international standards.
The company’s production facilities are located at its own manufacturing complex in Odesa, consisting of several specialized workshops.
A full production cycle and a total area of 7,500 m² allow S-Engineering to produce up to 100 large-scale and up to 300 medium-scale electrical cabinets and control panels per month.
Copper busbar parts are manufactured using a high-precision machining complex equipped with multiple CNC machines. The process ensures hole perforation accuracy up to 0.1 mm and bending precision up to 0.1°. Only copper strips from Germany and France are used for current-carrying busbars.
Metal structure production workshop
The metal structure workshop includes a large fleet of machines: a turret punch press, CNC milling machine, turning-milling center with Y-axis, and several press brakes. Thanks to continuous expansion and modernization, S-Engineering can manufacture the most complex equipment, constantly increasing its added value depth each year.
After assembly, all equipment undergoes standard tests in the company’s electrical testing laboratory, part of the S-Engineering Quality Control Department.
The Electrical Testing Laboratory (ETL) performs multiple test types: verification of mechanical components, dielectric strength tests with industrial-frequency high voltage, and factory tests prior to shipment. After delivery, acceptance tests are carried out at the customer’s site (all electrical tests before commissioning). These comprehensive tests cover equipment up to 1 kV and equipment up to 35 kV inclusive.
The S-Engineering Laboratory has been verified and certified for compliance with DSTU ISO 10012:2005 measurement management standards.
