In the last days of the year, S-Engineering specialists modernized the transport system at an operating enterprise

On the eve of the New Year, specialists from the Software Development Department implemented a project to modernize the transport line between the paper production workshop and the warehouse of PJSC “Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill”. The customer needed to ensure the possibility of parking transport devices and passage from the paper workshop through the installation opening to the warehouse, providing wireless transport control. The modernization involved changing the operating algorithm of the system. It was necessary to develop a wireless data transmission system between the main controller and the transport equipment and to improve the software. Two control cabinets were modernized with the installation of a new controller.

The implementation at the site was carried out in the shortest possible time — installation and commissioning work took only two days. To perform the modernization at an operating enterprise within the time allocated by the customer, S-Engineering specialists carried out extensive preparatory work to study the equipment’s operational nuances and the enterprise’s technological process, and a clear plan of work and interaction between S-Engineering specialists and the enterprise’s personnel was drawn up.

On December 29, the line was put into operation.
