We continue our cooperation with the European oil extraction plant.

S-Engineering specialists have implemented a range of works on automation of the new packaging workshop of the plant, which will reduce the number of required operational personnel: from feeding the product to the bottling line to loading the warehouse with finished products. At the same time, the productivity of the oil bottling lines will increase: from 1 to 13 tons per hour on one- liter bottle line and from 4 to 18 tons per hour on the three- and five- liter bottle line.

Besides, power supply, automation, dispatching and lighting systems have been designed and implemented by our specialists. Switchboard equipment for these systems was supplied during the project implementation. One of the peculiarities of the project was the development of stainless steel cabinet shells for food production. Color differentiation of tray routes was also proposed and implemented depending on the purpose of the cable lines laid there. At the customer’s request, the colors of the national flag of the country, where the plant is located, were chosen.

We have been cooperating with this plant since 2018. During this period we have implemented more than 20 projects: from the supply of our own products to the implementation of all types of turnkey works. Automation of the oil press shop, reconstruction of medium and low voltage substations, automation of husk granulation and some others were among the integrated projects.
