S-Engineering specialists developed and implemented the SENUVOL system for “Novotekh-Terminal” grain terminal. Nowadays the project is at the stage of industrial exploitation.

The equipment, installed at the facility, shows the volume, mass, type and culture of grain in each silo in real time. Also, the SENUVOL system interacts with the company’s ERP system and automatically takes into account data on the culture and nature of the grain.

SENUVOL is an innovative author’s solution of S-Engineering. This system differs from traditional methods of measuring grain mass at grain terminals in that it does not accumulate measurement errors, but measures the volume of grain at each moment of time and converts it into mass. Also, SENUVOL helps to increase the safety of the enterprise due to the exclusion of silo overflow and at the same time allows more efficient loading of containers with grain. The system reliably calculates all the possible space inside the silo for grain storage by the method of direct measurement, and this information is available in real time.

In addition, SENUVOL will allow the customer to understand exactly, how much and what cargo is stored in the silo, as well as storage of free space is available for each crop on the elevator. Also, one of the peculiarities of the project became the fact that our specialists configured the management system not only locally, but also through any web browser.
