We are in the process of implementation of SENUMAC technology at the Risoil marine grain terminal.

S-Engineering specialists have started assembly and commissioning works on the first stage of the terminal modernization for the SENUMAC technology implementation. Besides, the development of SCADA controller software is currently underway to implement SENUMAC algorithms into the existing terminal APCS software. The technology has been designed so that it allows implementation both at terminals under construction and those ones that are already in operation.

The proprietary S-Engineering SENUMAC technology will optimize grain loading processes at the terminal, increase productivity, reduce energy consumption for transshipment by up to 20% and reduce vessel loading time. Due to the scale of the Risoil terminal, two SENUMAC systems will essentially be implemented, which can work separately: for simultaneous loading of several vessels or loading of one vessel.

It should be reminded that S-Engineering has been cooperating with Risoil since 2014. Complex projects for power supply and automation of several stages of terminal construction were completed. In 2023, a project for the construction of a double-sided pier was implemented.
