S-Engineering’s know-how using artificial intelligence algorithms

Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of production processes, making them more efficient. Today we will talk about the know-how of S-Engineering using artificial intelligence algorithms. The unique intelligent systems SENUMAC and SENUVOL are already operating at enterprises in the agricultural sector and infrastructure facilities, increasing their competitiveness by providing an economic effect.

In fact, we are talking about AI in the management of grain linear and sea terminals. SENUMAC technology is algorithms that use the principles of online modeling and operate on the basis of a digital twin of the enterprise. In a unit of time, the system considers several options for the development of events and selects the optimal mode for loading bulk cargo onto transport. The use of SENUMAC provides a direct economic effect: energy consumption is reduced by 17%, and terminal productivity is increased by 16%. In Ukraine, S-Engineering has already implemented SENUMAC technology at 4 terminals with a total design capacity of 11 million tons per year. The development of technology implementation includes terminals with a capacity of 8.5 million tons.

Another proprietary S-Engineering technology using artificial intelligence algorithms is SENUVOL. This is an intelligent system for measuring the volume, profile and weight of grain in silos. Suitable for working with any crops. The main function of SENUVOL is to increase the efficiency of using silos and, accordingly, increase the turnover of elevators. The technology was tested even before the full-scale invasion at one of the agricultural enterprises; now it is successfully using the technology. SENUVOL is also currently being implemented in several terminals. This technology may also be of interest to traders. With real-time information about the amount of grain in each silo, optimal logistics can be planned.
