Cement industry: “Turkmencement”, LAFARGE, Bakhchisaray Cement Plant, Dyckerhoff Cement International

What was done

• For the company Turkmencement, S-Engineering specialists carried out a comprehensive selection and supply of Siemens spare parts, as well as modernization of the hardware part of the server equipment of the process control system based on PCS v5.2 software.

   

• For the LAFARGE cement plant, modernization of the cement mill and development of the control panel were completed.

   

• For the Bakhchisaray cement plant, a full scope of works was completed: development of design documentation, software development, installation and commissioning works, manufacturing and supply of equipment for automation systems based on Siemens PCS7 technology, as well as power supply for the coal preparation complex of kilns No.1 and No.2.
  Additionally, a full scope of work was performed for the automated control system of the slag drying department of this plant.

   

• For Dyckerhoff Zement International, design and supply of equipment for the access control and management system were completed. Installation and commissioning of the access control system and the security video surveillance system were carried out.
