Yantar, Desna, Rogan Breweries (Anheuser-Busch InBev)

What was done

For the “Yantar” brewery in Mykolaiv, the following projects were implemented:

Full scope of works for modernization of the automation and power supply system of the bottle washing lines CIP 3, 4.
Full scope of works for modernization of the control system of the conveyor of bottling line No. 3: supply of equipment, installation and commissioning works.
Full scope of works for modernization of the temperature monitoring system (thermometry) of grain storage silos.
Modernization of the automatic control system (ACS) of the continuous beer pasteurizer manufactured by KHS.
Design and construction of transformer substation No. 5.
Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the fire alarm system.
Design, installation and commissioning of the dispatching and technical metering system of the 6 kV switchgear of substation RP-71 of the “Yantar” brewery.
Design, installation and commissioning of the process control system (ACS TP) for the storage of cleaning agents and the power supply system of the caustic soda tank storage.

For the “Desna” brewery in Chernihiv, the following projects were implemented:

Audit of power communications of the Chernihiv branch of JSC “Sun InBev Ukraine”.
Full scope of works on development and implementation of an automated control system for the module of control and visualization of beer quality parameters during bottling: design, software development, manufacturing and supply of equipment and materials, installation and connection of instrumentation and control devices, electrical installation and commissioning works.
Full scope of works on implementation of a system for collection and storage of beer quality control data: design, software development, manufacturing and supply of equipment and materials, installation and connection of instrumentation and control devices, electrical installation and commissioning works.
Reconstruction of the main 0.4 kV switchboard (MSB-0.4 kV) of transformer substation No. 2 of the water treatment and air preparation shop.
Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
Reconstruction of the main 0.4 kV switchboard (MSB-0.4 kV) of transformer substation No. 4 of the beer bottling and bottle washing line.
Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
Construction and equipping of transformer substation No. 6 for power supply of the new bottle filling line.

For the “Rogan” brewery in Kharkiv, the following was carried out:

Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the power supply system for the canned beer filling line.
