Nemiroff alcoholic beverages plant. Modernization of the production automation system

What was done

• For the Nemiroff plant – one of the largest alcohol producers – S-Engineering carried out a full scope of works on the bottling line No. 5 for liqueur and vodka products. Restoration and modernization of the control system of the R700 packaging unit were performed: supply of equipment, installation and commissioning works.
• The company’s specialists carried out software refinement and commissioning to configure and synchronize the labelling and bottling processes.
• After the installation of technological equipment was completed, the process control system was modernized, and the operation of the bottling and labelling machines was synchronized. At the same time, it became possible to quickly switch the labellers to 3 types of containers – 0.5 / 0.7 / 1 L.
• The development of software and synchronization of the bottling / labelling line operation contributed to an increase in output with minimal resource and time consumption. The packaging machine automation project was implemented with minimal downtime of the technological process.
