The Bristol Hotel was built in 1898–1899 according to the design of architects Alexander Bernardazzi and Adolf Minkus. “Bristol” became the first 4-storey hotel in Odesa.

What was done

  • Design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning works were carried out to integrate electronic offline locks into the hotel’s unified access control and management system.
  • A full scope of work was also performed to implement access control and management in the office part of the hotel. It was ensured that the system, in addition to access segmentation, performs automated time tracking functions and provides real-time data on the location of each employee.
  • Thus, the technological solution proposed by S-Engineering meets the high safety requirements of the modern hospitality industry.
