Description

Lviv International Airport is the third airport in Ukraine in terms of passenger traffic and route network coverage. After the completion of construction and reconstruction works in June 2012, the airport’s capacity reached 2000 passengers per hour. The runway was extended to 3305 m, making it possible to service Class D aircraft. Currently, the airport is capable of operating 22 aircraft movements per hour.

What was done

S-Engineering carried out the development and implementation of comprehensive projects for the dispatching and control system of the engineering systems of the Lviv International Airport terminal complex.

The following works were completed and equipment supplied in the following areas:

  • dispatching of power supply systems, parking anti-icing system, roof and entrance heating;
  • dispatching of cooling, heating, water supply and gas analysis systems;
  • dispatching of ventilation and air conditioning systems;
  • dispatching of lighting systems and technical energy metering;
  • development of automated operator workstations.

The construction of dispatching, control and management systems for the engineering systems of Lviv International Airport is based on the hardware-software complex of Siemens AG. This complex is designed for building automatic control and monitoring systems for both civil and industrial facilities.
