Pilot Energy Storage project for the management building of NPC Ukrenergo:
- S-Engineering specialists have developed a feasibility study for the creation of a non-volatile control building of NPC Ukrenergo. The main task was to ensure the life of the building with the maximum use of renewable energy sources. It was also important to develop a system that allows the accumulation of energy from alternative sources in the absence of consumption. And to ensure accounting, forecasting and balancing of energy consumption.
- The project provides for the placement of solar panels on the roof of the Ukrenergo building, the installation of energy storage batteries (Energy Storage), the placement of an electric boiler with a storage tank, power distribution systems and monitoring systems.
- At the same time, Energy Storage drives allow you to accumulate electricity during idle hours, provide smoothing of peak loads and frequency regulation, improve power quality, provide backup power and uninterrupted power supply.
- According to the results of the feasibility study, after the implementation of the project, it is possible to reduce electricity costs from 10% to 30%.
During the technical re-equipment of the 330 kV Novokievskaya substation, by order of the Soyuz corporation for SE NPC Ukrenergo, the premises of S-Engineering, a packaged transformer substation (KTS) was developed, manufactured and supplied with requirements 38.5 / 0.4 kV with a capacity of 630 kVA. The transformer substation is equipped with a Siemens Geafol dry transformer, a Siemens 8DA gas-insulated switchgear, and a Siemens Sivacon switchgear.
