What was done

Cogeneration unit for the production of thermal and electric energy (18 MW power unit) – a set of works for the reconstruction of power supply and electric heating systems:

development and implementation of a synchronization system for the cogeneration unit with the 110/6 kV power grid
kerosene fraction hydrotreating complex – a set of works on development and implementation of automated electric trace heating systems for pipelines
visbreaking unit installation – a set of works on reconstruction of the power supply system, as well as development and implementation of automated electric heating systems for pipelines
feedstock and product handling shop – a set of works on reconstruction of power supply systems of storage and transportation parks for petroleum products
electrolytic desalting unit – a set of works on reconstruction of the power supply system
steam boiler unit – a set of works on reconstruction of the power supply system

As of early 2013, the plant’s production capacity enabled processing of 2.8 million tonnes of crude oil per year.
