South Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant (SE NEC “Energoatom”)

Description

The State Enterprise “National Nuclear Energy Generating Company Energoatom” was established in October 1996. The company operates four functioning nuclear power plants in Ukraine with a total of 15 nuclear power units. The South Ukraine NPP is one of Ukraine’s leading energy facilities, located in the northern part of Mykolaiv region. The plant operates 3 power units.

What was done

South Ukraine NPP (SE NEC “Energoatom”): supply of 330 kV surge arresters manufactured by SIEMENS.
The high quality of S-Engineering equipment and services has been repeatedly confirmed by the largest power-generating company in Ukraine. The supplier approval for SE “NNEGC Energoatom” was first granted to S-Engineering in 2009 based on a comprehensive company assessment, and later renewed in 2015 and 2019.
The 27th meeting of specialists in electrical equipment of SE “NNEGC Energoatom” in 2015 was held at S-Engineering. The quality of complex energy projects, intensive training programs (including nuclear safety), and engineering expertise became the basis for authorizing S-Engineering to perform relevant work at nuclear power plants, including Safety Important Systems (SIS).
