State Enterprise “Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port”
Description
The Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port is the No. 1 state stevedoring enterprise in Ukraine by cargo handling volumes. Every year, the port handles about 13 million tons of bulk and general cargo (iron ore raw materials, coking and thermal coal, metal products, leguminous cargo and their processed products).
What was done
• Comprehensive supply of electrical equipment.
• Modernization of the 0.4 kV switchgear of transformer substation No. 1A.
• Design of the transformer substation at berth No. 9.
• Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the power supply systems for the grab cranes at berths No. 5 and No. 6 of SE “Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port”.
• Design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the power supply system of the administrative buildings of SE “Yuzhny Sea Commercial Port”.
• Design, installation and commissioning of the fire alarm system in the utility rooms of the administrative and production building of the motor transport base.
• Development of a reconstruction project for the 10.0/0.4 kV switchgear of transformer substation No. 14, which supplies the rigging warehouse, machine hall, ship power columns and cargo handling equipment.
• Reconstruction of the 10.0/0.4 kV switchgear of transformer substation No. 14.
• Reconstruction of transformer substation No. 14 through the technical re-equipment of the 10.0/0.4 kV switchgear that supplies berth No. 5: replacement of obsolete equipment, installation and commissioning works.
