Dnipro-Bug Sea Port NGZ

Description

The Dnipro-Bug Sea Port was opened in 1978 on the basis of the Mykolaiv Alumina Plant. From the beginning of its operation until today, it is the only facility in the country that specializes in receiving bauxite. In 2008, the port was incorporated into the Mykolaiv Sea Commercial Port.

The throughput capacity of the Dnipro-Bug Sea Port is 5 million tons of bauxite and 500 thousand tons of other (general and liquid) cargo per year.

What was done

• A set of surveying works on the gantry reloader of the State Enterprise Dnipro-Bug Sea Port NGZ.
• Modernization of the existing dust suppression system of the sludge storage facility: manufacturing and supply of equipment, software development, installation and commissioning works.
• Repair of the automated system built on SIMATIC S5.
