What was done

• A security video surveillance system was installed throughout the entire complex, ensuring round-the-clock monitoring of all key areas and significantly increasing response speed to any events.
• A fully digital security video surveillance system was designed and implemented by our specialists.
  All system cameras — more than eighty — have a sensor resolution of at least 1.3 megapixels and provide high-quality color images, allowing security personnel to clearly see even the smallest details.
• A system of access control and locks for hotel rooms was installed.
  Our specialists mounted autonomous electronic hotel locks by Salto, which provide contactless card access to the rooms. This significantly simplifies the process of opening the lock. The mechanism works silently, and unlocking is smooth and effortless.
• Structured cabling systems.
  The entire communication infrastructure of the complex uses a structured cabling system as the transport medium for all signals. Therefore, special requirements are imposed on its quality.
  Our company designed and implemented the structured cabling system using shielded components of category 5e.
  After completion of installation, every link was tested with a Fluke DTX-1800 device, and test results were provided to the client.
• Monitoring of room microclimate, boiler room control, and management of internal and external lighting of the complex — these are only some of the features provided by the dispatching system designed and installed by S-Engineering specialists.
  The system enables automated lighting control and climate management in all hotel rooms, significantly increasing guest comfort.
• Design, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and final startup were completed.
