Paper Factory in the Czech Republic
What was done
Switchgear equipment for the paper machine for the factory in the Czech Republic was manufactured. The equipment was assembled using the SIEMENS AG SIVACON S8 technology. This technology allowed the customer to receive a system occupying several times less space than similar systems of the same purpose.
Customer requirements for the planned installation area, connections and configuration of the switchgear were fully taken into account.
For this project, cabinets were manufactured with the following solutions implemented:
- two-sided service with a single busbar system;
- use of withdrawable modules combined with free installation compartments;
- non-standard connection to the existing busbar trunking.
These solutions ensure high installation density, which increases equipment reliability and improves maintenance convenience.
