Tobacco Company “V.A.T. – Pryluky” (“British American Tobacco Ukraine”)

Description

At the Pryluky tobacco factory, more than 10 world-famous cigarette brands are produced, including KENT, Rothmans, Pall Mall, Vogue, Dunhill, Lucky Strike, Capri, and the national brand “Pryluky Osoblyvi”. Products of British American Tobacco Ukraine are exported to Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia and other countries.

What was done

• Design works, supply of equipment and materials, and a full scope of works on integrating ASU (automated control systems) with engineering and technical systems.
• Development of PMD interface SCADA_GMES software.
• Development of software for optimizing the SCADA PMD system.
• Development of software for recipe auto-connection functionality.
• Supply of equipment and integration of an additional mini-distributor of cut tobacco in the tobacco workshop.
• Supply of equipment and optimization of the operating algorithm of the Senzani unit of the O16 production line.
